Contract Buyout

I contacted the call centre about 10 days ago and advised that I have an internet contract with iBurst and I wanted to change to cell c since my casual chat 100 contract is already with Cell C. The agent wanted to confirm with her supervisor if this was possible and she told me yes. I was requested to take my contract to a cell c branch along with my desktop modem and they would arrange the buyout.<br> To my absolute astonishment , when I went to the Centurion Mall cell c branch, they told me this was not possanding customers asible and that the call centre does not deal with this and that only cell c branches can advise customers. Her name is Samantha.<br> Secondly, as I am using an old basic Samsung I wanted to upgrade to Lumia 640. Cell c confirmed I am only due for an upgrade in april 2016. <br> So now I have 2 contract with cell c and a data contract.<br> This is just too convenient for cell c to make money off their customers.<br> Why can cell c not make my existing contract casual chat 100 a prepaid contract and let me continue on a new contract.<br> I have been a customer with cell c for many years and I do not feel they value long standing customers. All they want is to make money!!!
