Contract Buy out Value on Statment different to the one online and in the Store

So the statement reflet R2337.04 as the Amount to close the contract before January invoice . Now i went to Mall of Africa and iwas told the amount is R4000 + i escalated the matter to Cell C Exclusive customer care who confirm that the buy out / settlement amount is R2337.04

I Was transferred to retension department who said the amount is R4000+ and same thing was said by account / customer care..

Now why is the amount on the statement different to the amount given to me by customer care and consultants? I need to pay the amount reflected on page 3 of the Statement sent to me by cell c on 1 January 2018

N.B I DONT HAVE CEL LC RECEPTION WHERE I STAY. this is why i cancelled two contracts already. Now can i cancel this contract and move over to prepaid ASAP.. i need help
