Cell C spends thousands of rands to promote this inniciative, however, does not help if the contractors they use, are useless.</p> <p>Jandre does not repsond to any mails the first time. you have to prompt her her few times before she makes an attemp to respond, and when she does, then the feedback is Sarcastic, short and sweet and with no emotion what so ever.</p> <p>I wanted to switch over from Vodacom to Cell C, but after this experience, must say, will re-think this option carefully as if it start off like this - then I will rather stay away!!!</p> <p>Not a very good representative of your business Cell C!!!</p>
