Contract Buy Out is misleading

I wanted to buy my Autopage contract out for some time now. My number was ported to Cell C last year on their recommendation, however my Contract and debit order is still with Alltech Autopage. Now that my contract is about to expire Cell C says they will not buy out as my number is Cell C and therefore I am a client of them. <br> The promotions terms and conditions on page 39 of their promotions booklet states: <br> Epic buy out - item 10. The Contract Buy out offer is available to all NEW and EXISTING customers and only on the EPIC plans. <br> I want Cell C to give me a buy out contract before 13 JUNE 2015 as my Alltech CONTRACT expires then. Gape Gate Cell C stated they are unable as HEAD OFFICE says I am a client already. SO WHAT does EXISTING customer refer to????<br> I have been asking his question since 20 May 2015 and no one seems to have the answer. <br>
