Contract Buy Out | Failure | Maybe port back to Vodacom

<p>The much publicized Contract Buy Out has left me deeply disappointed and regretting the decision to port to Cell C from Voadcom. Following the successful port to Cell C - Vodacom debited my account for R18,500 for 2 Lines - Cell C ought to have transfer these funds to my account - as well as Credit my Cell C accounts for the balance of the R20,000 Contract Buy out on 2 Epic Lines - to date I have had no feedback from the Cell C Lakeside Store - having escalated to Boitumelo at Corporate has been just as bad ..... No Feedback - no updates and most importantly no Refunds - as a small business waiting 3 weeks for a refund is totally unacceptable...... Considering porting back to Voacom </p>
