Contract buy out

After hearing about the R 20 000 contract by out I went to cell C to have my number ported to Cell C and I was approved for the contract 10/02/2016 and after taking a highest package they said i qualified for a R 10 000 buy out contract which it was said it will be loaded on my gift card 24Hrs later meaning 11/01/2016. ever since that day its has been a back forward call between me the customer care and the shop i took a contract with funds are still not loaded. it is unfortunate now that I was promised to get money to pay the contract but it it did not happen and now I am Stuck with 2 contracts that I have to pay for. I regret ever falling for this package because on the 20/01/2016 my Vodacom contract will debit and 21/01/2016 Cell C will debit. till today no one at customer care is able to tell me whats the problem and when this money will be paid to me as an initial promise to me. this package has landed me with so many disappointments, i didn't get the R20 000 my contract not cancelled and an additional high package i feel ******* by Cell C and it very wrong what they have done to me.
