Contract buy out

I changed to Cell C with a contract buy out over two weeks ago. Up to today, I am still waiting for buy buy out voucher to be loaded.<br> I have to constantly phone the branch and all I received is promises and no action. Latest excuse is HQ needs to load card and they are taking their time.<br> No people, this is why I left Vodacom. If you want to advertise being great then you have to back it up with service.
