Contract Buy Out

Cell C claims they will buy you out of your current mobile contact if you are unhappy with your service provider. This seems like a great idea.<br> I am really unhappy with Vodacom as my provider due to useless customer service, terrible plan options and pathetic network coverage in my area, so I went onto the Cell C website and filled out the paperwork.<br> A few days later I saw 1 missed call from an unknown number, which I can only assume was Cell C.<br> If this is the level of service and customer focus I can expect from Cell C then I might as well stay with Vodacom, useless as they are!!!<br> Would you like to redeem yourself Cell C?<br>
