Contract breached

Cellc is ****ming their customers. My Initial contract with you guys was a 30Gb anytime data & 20Gb Night data, and yet you took some of the benefits without any communication whatsoever sighting the fact that the contract is nearing an expiry date 😡😡😡

Yet the very same amount is being deducted each month. Firstly you Increased the initial subscription fee by 6% without any communication whatsoever and now benefits are taken from me. I have forfeited the night data, and your explanation is that my contract is nearing an expiry date in three months time. That's a breach of contract.
