Contract being approved while i have not app**** for a contract.

I received an sms with an OTP pin indicating that my cellphone contract is almost approved. I contacted the number on the sms 084151 to inform then that i had not app**** for a contract and they sent me from one department to the other. I then googled the cell c customer care number to inform then that i suspect that ***** is being committed under my nme only to once again be sent from one department to the other. The final agent eventually told be to contact the number on the sms and ask them to assist me.
