CONTRACT APPROVED, BUT PHONE STILL NOT DELIVERED AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK

App**** for a new contract over a week ago on the 21/10/2022, it was approved, but now I keep on getting the run around to get the phone delivered. Every time I phone, they have a new excuse. Why does it take OVER 10 days to get a phone delivered that was already approved? That is NOT what you call service.
