contract approved but no cellphone

Hi <br> <br> my contract was approved on the 28th of October and was told I will get my phone, after numerous calls to your call centre I did cot receive any response. on the 04th of November I Complained on this forum and at last got a response from one of your consultants Moses, he promised to call back but after numerous emails to no response I am yet forced to resort to this forum to get a response again please tell me if im ever going to receive a phone <br> <br> regards
