Contract Application Gone MIA

As a person that is currently at competitor, i decided to seek a contract with Cell C.<br> <br> At first the service was great and application via telephone was swift. Impressed.<br> <br> However...<br> <br> The order became stagnant, I phoned in to check on the status, only to be told that I needed to send-off paperwork (copy of ID, proof of residence ect.) <br> <br> I was given a number to fax documentation to, was incorrect.<br> <br> In following up on the order again, I was informed that the sales consultant would contact me back. Still waiting...<br> <br> A month has since gone by and no sign of progress or feedback from the original sales consultant.<br> <br> Today I was contacted by another sales consultant which offered another contract to me even though the other is pending. Laughable...<br> <br> <br> I just seek clarification and info. as to what I should do in order to get the ball rolling.<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br> <br>
