Contract and Insurance from Hell !!!!

<p>I would just like to post my frustration here maybe i will get a response. I took out a cellphone contract with Cell C and they offered me to take the insurance that comes with this. This was about a year ago, My tab wasx ****** about 3 months ago and i reported it the same day that it was ****** which was in July month!!!!!! I have been in and out of Cell C Cape gate Cape Town just to find out that they have lost my papers about 3times !!! the last time i filled it in there was a young lad that helped me and everytime he makes promises which he does not keep. I phoned how many times to find out whats going on just to find out that the insurance company has not informed them. I phoned two weeks ago again!!!! to find out my claim was not processed yet. I have been paying this account even tho i cant use it only its simcard!!! i would like a respose please as i need to know what is going on.</p>
