I renewed my contract and the sales person informed me that the total invoice will be R 647 per month ( This INCLUDES my extra 240 minutes & data sim card & ear pods)

Then i did not receive ear pods and bill now R 918 - this was not AGREED as per voice recordings.

I informed Cell C on the about the issue on the below dates (CASE ***)

7 October 2024 - no response 14 October 2024 - no response 21 October 2024 -got a call, not resolved 28 October 2024 - no response 31 October 2024 - no response

Phone is still sealed and not opened. I will now also refer matter to ICASSA as clearly Cell C not interested in resolving the issue. I will continue to post updates and keep track of all communication.
