Contract amount keeps increasing
I am Amanda i have a contract with cell c. Monthly debit is R673 but I noticed for the past month n this month they kept increasing with R100 to an extent that I'm now on R898. This is not what we agreed on at all, and I am not getting through to their consultants

11 Dec 2024, 20:26No, I do not receive any invoices from cell c and upon taking the contract my monthly fee was discussed and I was happy. Now the monthly increase is something that was not discussed with me. I had recently cancelled a data package because of the false marketing, now this.
