Contract amount changed without Notice
<p>I have a Top up account I see now on my bankstatement that the amount per month has increased without notifying me Cel C service went from bad to worse was the cheapest provider but now just as expensive as other and even less covarage I always struggle with signal and all they say is put phone on roaming.</p>

01 Mar 2017, 07:33In terms of your subscriber agreement, Cell C has the option of varying any of its charges from time to time by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
Please note that Cell C made an effort to notify customers of the price changes via SMS, pop up messages on data devices, monthly invoices and on the Cell C website.

03 Mar 2017, 10:35thank you went thru all my emails and sms's from okt 2016 nothing mentioned in these i cannot open my statements as i dont have the programm to open those and working on a work pc so no permissions to install the reader. and as you said you send out sms's please tell me when this was send out. Cell C has really made their service even worse lucky my contract expires soon won't go back to cell C ever

03 Mar 2017, 11:37I only receieved a sms from TV licenecse one from net florist and from the lotto this is also if on your side it shows went trhu and i never receieved it shows just how bad cell C signal is
