Contract again

Still being debited for a sim card I don't even use, 3 money months after my contract ended and been calling them to cancel my contract to no avail ???? they keep trying to retain me... I don't want to be retained people don't you get it ?

I spoke to Moses Mo***eng and he's assured me that the contract is canceled and the number is out of service, I am happy with the service, for now we'll just have to wait and see. It's so unfortunate that I had to go through this much to get what I wanted Thanks Moses ????
