Contract activated without consent of a client

Cell c please help me understand how do u renew one contract without their consent, I had a contract without you and expired, I didn't cancel and moved to prepaid this was January 2023,ever since I have been on prepaid. Now I see my account was active for contract on 12 sep 2023 for amount of R299 how and why. I have tried calling client care and I don't get assisted, what kind of business are you running, this is a ****. This is not a way of retaining clients.. Please cancel this account as I do not want any contract with you guys. BEAUTY ***
