Contract

I'm disappointed both with Hellopeter and Cellc. Two years ago I wrote my complaint to hello peter and they rang me however nothing was resolve that was 2 years again.

I sent complain with regards my ****** phone from cellC store if I can put it that way.

I took contract from Cellc and I paid it off after a year.two months after i paid off my phone it got blacklisted.

went to the store to ask for help, they didn't know what was the problem. A manager back then advised me that they need to book a repair.

they took my phone I was not even given a replacement in the meantime. fast forward I was advised its going to take 21 days (time scale) I went back to the store after 30days bcz didn't want any disappointment.

I was told its not yet returned I wasn't happy with regards that. guess what never got my device I kept on going back to the store up until the pandemic period. Country was then shut down could not go back.

CellC I want my phone and for the inconvenience and stress you cause me.

I'm so disappointed I will never refer cellc as a good company to work with. Even advisors they were nonchalant towards me. the level of customer service they provide its shocking will never ever in my life work with Cellc.
