contract

I app**** for a contract cellphone last week, i got confirmation sms informing me that my phone is on the way day before yesterday, i waited for it but it wasnt delivered. yesterday again i received a sms informing me that i will be receiving the phone but when RAM courier arrived i was only given a sim card and not the phone. Im annoyed as i wasnt informed that id be receiving the sim card and phone separately and are now reconsidering taking the contract. I tried calling the call center and was put on hold for well over 15 minutes - that my airtime and personal time wasted. i havent even started using Cell C as my network provider and im already displeased with the service!
