Contract
I have been contacting Cell C several times to cancel the contract but they always take my details then promise to transfer me to the cancellation department however they hang up the phone on my ear all the time. I have gone to Brooklyn pretoria cell C store many times and they keep on telling me to contact the contact centre. Cell C still deduct and I always have to keep on reversing the funds. I am highly disappointed in Cell C.
