Renewed contract beginning of December, sales person said from January you will pay the new amount as stipulated on the contract 14/01/2026. 15 Jan, previous amount deducted, much more than it must be. Phoned contact center, according to them new amount payable from February. If it is supposed to be in February then the date should have been 14/2/2026 and not 14/01/2026.
