CONTRACT

I have 4ned cell c 3times already regarding the same query, for someone to email me a copy of my contract & Im told the same thing that it will be emailed thru to me I even went to randburg branch & they couldnt help me cause it was a telephonic contract. How long does it take someone to email me a copy of my contract. I have been asking for it since tuesday & today is thursday & still waiting for it. & No one can help me & email it same time, Im told they are requesting it for the contract department & it will be eemailed to me. Can someone just do their job & email me a copy of my contract
