Continuous poor service delivery.

So after posting the frustrating experience i have had, I was called by Moses, on the same day. I thought, WOW, this will definitely change my opinion and rating on them, but guess what, nothing has happened except empty promises. I have tried to call and message this representative of the organisation, but no response.
