Continuous debit orders after cancellation
I have cancelled my Data contract in May of this year and since then Cell C has subtracted R480 rand from my account without my permission and I have Phoned numerous times and they keep sending me through to Cancellation department and then the number does not exist. When I speak to an consultant they then say they spoke to their manager which did not happen. I am on my way to escalate the matter and open a Police Docket for theft and hold Cell C accountable.

16 Jul 2019, 13:41Incorrect As I have Documents proving that I have written canceled my contract. So you cannot state a date which is made up.
Pay back my deductions as of May and I will drop charges.
