Continuous Bad service
<p>Am really tired of dealing with Cell C and their incompetence.</p> <p>I took out a contract with them and we agreed on a fixed instalment of R149 every month and now recently they started increasing my premium to R155 for the past 3 months. I reported the issue last month and i was promised that it will never happen again and am suprised that it still did.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone arrange a surrender and refund of the contract as i want to close the contract as i feel it has been breached over and over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

18 May 2017, 06:53YES she did. But the matter can't be closed until the confirmation of the resolution has been emailed to me in writing. I don't trust Cell C anymore and its better you have things in writing than on recorded line as u never want to release your recorded calls.
