Continued pathetic service from Cell C

This is the third complaint im leaving regarding Cell C in a matter of two weeks and still no one has gotten back to me. I still have no proof of cancellation I keep getting transferred and everytime the moment they transfer me it says number doesnt exist neither does anyone call me back or email the letter as was promised last Friday
