Continued Harrasment from Cell C
<p>Greetings. About 2 years ago I found out Cell C was debiting money off my account since 2009. I have been with MTN for over 10 years. I immidiately stopped the devit order. Since then I have been harrased and abused by Cell C. They state I owe them R3370, but they CAN NOT give me any evidence of a contract or of any services that they have provided me. The total amount they stole from me for 6 years adds up to about R7800. I advise all people to check there accounts please. How many other people is this happening to???</p>
As per your previous complaint, you acknowledged that you had a contract with us. However, you have not provided us with proof of your cancellation and you were not cooperating with the consultant who was handling your complaint.
