Continued frustration

Yes, the supervisor is Pretiness. I am now in contact with her. Please, no more phone calls, or apologetic emails. I just want my payment reversed asap. There has to be an accountant in your financial Department that can trace payments received from FNB on 2 April, 2025. Mine will appear amongst them. It's no rocket science. They paid to do this sort of thing.

We are now 5 weeks down the line and Cell C has still not refunded me. Nothing constructive happens at the lower levels of the Company. They keep requesting my bank statements, wanting more and more information, wasting my time, when they should be able to trace my payment, made on a specific day, from a specific bank at a specific time. I asked one of their supervisors, Pretiness, to send me the email addresses of certain members their top management, but nothing has been received. I was therefore forced to do my own research. There are no less than 25 executives, besides the CEO. There however appears to be a disconnect between them and the ground floor, where most of the customer problems arise. Had there been intervention from a higher level, from the start, I wouldn't be so frustrated, five weeks on. I will now address their CFO, Mrs Kope, directly. All so unnecessary.
