Continued false advertising by cellc

False advertising of free Data on your cellphone sells at PePstore is sick...since January you have not proper managed to resolve my issue with you. yes you may have appolgised to only me but what about the rest of Southafricans who keep buying your phones and not getting what you promised on the advert.u take advantage of the clientele that mostly shops at PePstores because we generally of a lower class and mostly underprivileged ,hence u lue us with a promise of free data ,but after buying the phone u start talking of a different tariff plan trying to confuse the client.that is sickening...if that phone of yours was not cellc network locked I would have long migrated to better companies. I wonder how you are still allowed to keep opperating as your company is not for the people's benefit.
