Continued calls being dropped

Cell C is still dropping calls. I have important calls to make, and can't physically drive to these people even if I wanted to. What am I paying every month for? I don't recall the cell contract being a loan agreement for the phone alone. If you are unable to supply the service for which I am paying for, then you should be honest enough to admit it and cancel my contract so I may sign with a service provider who can supply a service
