Continued bad service
Here we are again!! Pretty promises that cellc will get back to you as soon as possible going for 2 weeks now waiting to hear from their financial department. I think for my next payment I should refer them to my household financial department, only problem they don't want to wait forever.

Cell C is playing cat and mouse with me and I have had enough. Their financial department has still not contacted me, no e mail, no sms, no call, despite their claim that they sent an e mail. If ever I hear from them they'll need to explain how I got to have a cintract for less than R30 a month because y
