Continuation billing of account after Debt Review
I app**** for a voluntary debt review with Debt Rescue in October. The Debt Rescue agents communicated with Cell C about the process and email a 17.1 form in October. Cellc has since continuously kept debiting my account even after the notification that I am currently under Debt Administration, this has caused that bank account to be on a minus balance. <br> <br> I would like Cellc to stop debiting my account and refund an amount of R3100 that i now owe at Standard Bank because of these transactions.
