continous deceipt
After cell c setting get up a contract in my name without my permission or knowledge, I reversed the debit order and blocked further debit orders. Cell C acknowledged their mistake however decceiptfully chased the reference number so that the next debit order with my bank would be processed. I have seen many many complaints regarding this with cell c. It is ********* and I would like a comment from CellC,on this platform as to why they simply apologise everytime and then do it again and again.

20 Sept 2017, 17:54I mean they **** because your records will clearly show that the lady was not able to help me at all and she made it quite clear she could not assist me in any way. So when you make a statement on this platform to say that i was assisted, when i was not assisted at all, you are lying. Its really very simple.

20 Sept 2017, 18:01I dont need Cell C to fix my personal problem, it want a commitment from cell c to engage with all of its customers when a debit order is cancelled with potentially good cause, rather than finding a backhanded way to remove money from customers bank accounts without their consent or knowledge
