Content Services

<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p>I phone customer care on the 31/05/2017 @10:04 to ask the lady if there is any content services on my account as i can see that my ussage is going up by the day. The lady then told me that there is nothing on my account it is just the data that i bought extra. I then reqeusted my invoice that was not send to me. I just phones customer care again, spoke to a lady there and told her the same. She checked for me and immediatly told me that there are a subscription since the 17/05/2017 @ R8.78 per day. The people that is working at customer services is there to assist in every possible way, it now cost me R131.70 for the month of May and already R70.24 for the month of June so far. It is apparently cancelled now but this is unacceptable. Please sort this out!!!</p>
