Contacts not being cancelled.

I have written a review on the 11th of February regarding two contracts that I cancelled in late 2017 at the Cell C Loch Logan branch in Bloemfontein that never got cancelled. This I only found out on the 9th of February and then got sent all around trying to get this issue resolved when phoning Cell C. Eventually, getting assistance after my first review. Providing information and doing as requested, but now all I have is a reference number (SN***) that does not help when phoning to find out on the status of the issue or trying to get some feedback. This has been dragging on for a little too long and is becoming a serious problem for me due to, as the person at the Cell C Preller Square branch put it, someone not doing their job correctly in the first instance.

I need urgent feedback on the current status of this issue and need it to be resolved as quickly as possible.
