Contact No not working

Been trying to get Cell C cancellations department to cancel my contract. It has been a nightmare, yesterday I was transferred 4 times! Only to be told their number isn't working. I have been phoning with a Telkom phone and none of the numbers I have been able to get through too. Today every time some one transfers me, the line goes down? No wonder I want to cancel my contract!
