Contact never cancelled since April and no response over 2 weeks. Takes advantage of the old

Per my dad. I logged a call to cancel my contract sometime end of April 2021. I was told the contract was canceled howvever it was not and the agent basically did not cancel. I subsequently logged calls to follow up on this but cell c never ever got back to me. Busy investigating for over 2 weeks with 2 cases. They seem to ignore so that the contract can run. When I first logged the complaint the lady listened to the previous call recordings and agreed that the previous agent did ****. Cell c still no response basically hold you randsom to their call center and pathetic service. They said they called me previously but they just sent an sms again lies. Case number *** and ***. Will take this to comsumer ombudsman as no help from cell c notbfor yourself but for your wallet theft
