Contact dilemma

Till to this day this problem has not been solve, I keep getting calls and text messages that I should pay for a contract number I didn't apply for but was delivered to me. A lady by the name of Chantell Smith called me from Cell C direct marking (Cape town) some time in February 2014 & she was promoting a special on the Samsung S5301 pocket. I was interested cause I needed a business phone.The special was for two Samsung phone for R170 & I agreed.<br> <br> Chantell gave me her private contact details in case there would be complications concerning the delivery, finally the two phones with the two simcards were delivered on the 19th of Feb 2014 as agreement over the phone. Surprisingly I got a package again the next day of another simcard. At the end of the month I was billed for all 3 simcards which was not the contract agreement. Month after month I get text messages that I should pay for this simcard I didn't ask for. I called the call centres and they promise to call me back with a solution but nothing to this day. I'm tired of explaining this situation consultant to consultant and nothing is being done about it!!!!<br> <br>
