I recently complained about the problem I had with Cell C handing me over to NuDebt and them refusing to hear my side of the story despite me having proof that it was Cell C that had opened 2 accounts in my name for a short period but instead of passing a credit they handed me over, I sent through a copy of both invoices showing 2 different account numbers (after a month or 2 they stopped sending me 2 accounts and i thought all was sorted until I started receiving calls and demands from Nudebt months later) Nudebt does not know how to resolve disputes, they are like robots that are programmed to only demand money.

After I complained on Hello Peter they promptly responded by saying i should send them my personal details privately but private details to what email address????????
