Contact center more like idk center

So when looking at a new contract I decided to give cell c a try. Went on there website and found the phone I want. Unfortunately the phone is was out of stock LG velvet dual sim 4g. So I left an email to say they should call me if they have. So I get the call back, missed so I called back and get told they dont know if they have stock, but I can check later. Couple of days later I call again. Still no stock but they'll call me as stock would be in shortly as they are awaiting stock. No calls come through. So I once again call them. They say they have but its not an lg velvet 4g dual sim its called a LM6910, so Im like super confused and asked if I can be called later so U can look it up, I was told they can only call next day. So I did my research and the model number for the lg velvelt 4g isLMG910EMW not LM6910. So I don't really feel comfortable speaking to the call center, as I have no faith in the call center I want to do my application online, mailed again and asked about stock, and was told call contact center. Nope , nope no cell c for me.
