Consumers have the right to protection against unconscionable .

Cell c is one that i have trusted in the past years but today i'm not sure anymore. Consumers have the right to fair and honest dealing.My phone contract is in due date late payment but neither does supply have the right to disclosure my information with an unknown individual without my authorization of such whereas i received a phone call just now on this number *** making accusation. That individual was inquiring about when i will pay my account and why I'm not paying my account .She has the information of my account ,but she was not calling from the cell c customer service number so I'm entitled to know how does such happen.I trust in Cell c that this matter will be resolved. I acknowledge that i have an unpaid phone contract , which I'm making means of repaying it on time but i will make a call with the cell c customer service for assistance if i see i won't be able to pay on time or i will be able
