consumer violation

After having complained with icasa and cellc every month since september 2014 my issue was finaly sorted out in january 2015 with their finance department.then wen i wanted to verify my payment for my contract to make sure all is back to normal cause my statments still reflect incorrect amounts i was informed there is an increase f my cell c contract amount ,not what i signed for i took my contract with them.i called them and i was told that they had sent sms out in 2 feb 2015 informing people contractors of the contract fee increase,i never recieved any sms so the guy at cellc sms me the sms that was sent and on the sms it gives an.option to not agree to.it and that it will be issued in writing 20 day prior,i never signed any documents thave my cell c contract amount increased ,and if i recieved a sms i would have called them and not agreed to it,cell c cannot decide to change signed contract amounts as they feel like,a writen consent needs to.be given ,the guy put me thru to another dep to cancel this ,they tell me i must pay up my contracts then it will be stoped what the f...im so tired of my rights been violated as a consumer, cell c is the worst provider ever,im so violated
