Consumer theft

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I was called at the beginning of May this year advising me that I was eligible for an upgrade to which I responded that I was not interested and asked that my contract be terminated.</p> <p>I blindly trusted the agent to follow through on my request and cancel my contract but to my surprise this never happened and resulted in me being billed at the end of May with no Monthly Data allocation received.</p> <p>I made a follow up call to the call center to yet again request that my contract be terminated and was promised feedback within 7 days. As expected this never happened!!!</p> <p>I then receive a call from an arrogant and impatient employee who was not willing to listen to my complaint so I asked that he refer my complaint to a consultant that was actually willing to assist without the use of jargon!</p> <p>I was then called by a lady who asked the very same questions as the previous ***** and again was promised feedback with non delivered!!!!</p> <p>Again I was billed by your pathetic company for a service that I had cancelled! <br />I take it that my requests to have my contract cancelled fell on deaf ears as you guys obviously prefer *****ing from your trusting clients!!!!</p> <p>This is theft! Unprofessional!! Frustrating!!! I will ensure that all 5000 of my colleagues read this review and share it with their families and friends to ensure that the masses are aware of how your greedy company operates!!!</p> <p><br />I am now DEMANDING that this issue be resolved within 48 business hours before I am forced to take legal action!</p> <p>I DEMAND that you refund me for the 2 months subscriptions ****** from me!</p> <p>I do not wish to speak to yet another useless and *********** call center agent who will again waste my valuable time!</p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Mandisa Mthuntutho<br /> ********** 714<br />Ref: ********** 089</p>
