<p>Did an upgrade on the 21st November . was told delivery takes 5-7 working days. I have phoned daily to check on delivery only to be told today 6 Dec that they don't have stock. I am sorry but how is this my problem. Cell C baited me with the promotion. Which they can't deliver. Shocking service. Well Cell C you have 2 DAYS to deliver my agreed upon handset or an upgraded version of that handset or I will take you to the Consumer board. </p>
