consultant on her cellphone while i needed help

I went to cell C outlet in Jabulani Mall wanting to get one of their special for a cellphone contract. I went there around 15:30 - 16:00 in the afternoon, upon my arrival there where two employees at door and there was one at the counter. One employee by the name of Neo, whom I approached for assistant was seated and busy on her cellphone having personal conversation of which I did not have a problem with, having thought that she wouldn't take long since I was standing next to her. She ignored me and it was clear that she was not willing to assist, as she gave a look saying that im busy on the phone. then I went to the guy who was over the counter having waited for a period of about 4 minutes without her asking what she might assist with, as I called for assistant he also ignored me and that's when I approached the Guys standing at the door and asked them if I will get assistance. One of the guys asked if I did get assistance and I told him that the lady ignored me as she was on her cellphone. I then asked what was her name and surname, and I was told her name is Neo but the guy didn't know her surname. When the guy asked her she refused 7 times to give it with a filthy attitude.<br>
