Consultant **** to make a sale

A Cell C consultant (Karen) called me upgrade my existing data contract, my current contract was a top up and she said the new one she was selling me is not available on top up but she has put a usage limit on it of R0. then she gave me a number to call to activate the usage limit. i called the number (084145) and they told me they don't do usage limits and i should call another number (084140). eventually i found someone who could help (Skhumbuzo) and this guy then tell me the consultant that sold me the contract actually put down the usage limit as R15000, i mean what the F***??? and the he tell me he can reduce it, but only to R50 they can reduce it to lower than that, again what the F***??? the only reason i accepted this new contract was because the first consultant assured me i will be able to set a R0 usage limit. So Skhumbuzo at the end of our call said he has changed the limit now to R50 and send a request to somewhere for it to be reduced to R1. im still not happy with that, thats not what i agreed on when i accepted the contract.
