Consultant Error Causes ******* Fee
The consultant assured me my debit order would go off my new bank account today which it did not. The old account was still debited, however it is longer valid, and I am being charged a penalty fee. Ref numbers: *** and ***

13 Apr 2021, 14:00Hi there, the reference numbers should indicate the calls, yesterday at around 1pm, however the consultant assured me that the new bank account was going to be debited so I made funds available there and not the old bank account, but cell debited the old bank account. Today when I queried the consultant told me that it takes 24 hours for the new bank details to be updated but the initial consultant yesterday did not tell me that, if she did I would have made funds available in the old account. I have since made a manual payment to avoid any mistakes.
