Constant Disconnects
Ever since CellC started roaming to Vodacom, cell signal has been incredibly unreliable. Every now and then, my cell phone will show that I'm no longer connected to the cellC network - this lasts anywhere from 10 seconds to several minutes and happens many times a day.
This is with a new phone, and new sim card and happens no matter where I am geographically.
I have a job where I am on call and expected to be reachable 24/7 - I cannot continue having this issue. If this cannot be solved, this contract needs to be cancelled so I can move to a different provider.
